I'm a mid-career radiologist, host of the beyond MD podcast, and a passionate medical educator. My mission is to help my colleagues thrive in and beyond the workplace by building knowledge and regaining control.

The story behind my podcast

I took a traditional path into medicine, following my dad’s footsteps, working hard for good grades, and landing my first staff job in my early 30s. But in 2020, when I worked only four days in April, I realized I had more to offer than just my clinical role. That spark led me to launch the beyond MD podcast—where I explore the topics medical training left out, where I explore the topics our training left out. The focus is on financial literacy, but I also discuss building a career and life we love, and touch on the books that shape how we live and work. Through it, I've learned that real fulfillment comes from following my curiosity and serving others.
